I would say see a therapist but they might think you're a danger and you could go to jail or a mentally ill hospital, so not an option. I would just talk it out with your friend and bring up an attractive guy and say, "hey you know that guy from class _?" I think he likes you. Then direct the conversation somewhere else and try to find your friend another guy to like. I just find it ironic when I'm giving out this advice when I did the exact same thing with my now ex-best friend (had nothing to do with the argument) XD

yeah yanderes usually lack a lot of emotions towards themselves and others and sympathy towards others however some can feel sadness towards their senpai and some may feel angry and others do not care all together and would hurt or kill there senpai love out of jealousy for reasons such as talking to or even standing next to or looking at others :p
